Delete your GoTicky account

Submit this form to request deletion of your GoTicky account and associated account data.

Account deletion is permanent after processing. Some ticket, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, security, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted.

What will be requested for deletion

  • GoTicky account profile details such as name, email, phone, birthday, gender, country, role, and profile photo references.
  • Saved preferences such as favorites, app search history, notification preferences, and personalization settings.
  • Other personal data associated with your app account when it is not needed for an active ticket, support, security, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purpose.

What happens next

  1. Your request is saved securely for GoTicky review.
  2. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.
  3. Once verified and processed, your account is removed or disabled from ordinary user access.
