11. Refunds, transfers, cancellations, and event changes
Refund, exchange, transfer, and cancellation rights depend on organizer policy, event status, payment provider rules, and applicable law. Event postponements, cancellations, venue changes, lineup changes, and entry restrictions are primarily the responsibility of the organizer unless GoTicky expressly states otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTicky does not warrant that events will occur as advertised, that organizers or venues will meet every obligation, or that third-party services will be continuously available. Nothing in this document limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTicky is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or missed events. Where liability cannot be excluded, GoTicky's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to GoTicky for the affected transaction or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
25. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GoTicky harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, submitted content, organizer activity, event operations, payment disputes, violation of this document, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.
